CAST USA 18th Annual Convention – Pittsburgh

The Chinese Association for Science and Technology, USA (CAST-USA) will hold the 18^th Annual Convention, “Sino-US Science and Technology Development”, on May 29-30, 2010. The convention will be hosted by the Pittsburgh, PA Chapter (CAST-P) at the David Lawrence Hall of University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.

Seminar on Wills and Estate Tax Planning

Dear CASTP Friends:

Please mark your calendar. We will have our next seminar on Saturday, April 3, 2009. The topic will be Wills and Estate Tax Planning by Wesley Yang, a partner at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo and Lampl, LLC.

The seminar will cover some estate planning basics such as Wills, Heath Care Power of Attorney and Living Will, Financial Power of Attorney, and Death & Gift taxes. He will also address any questions you may have.

We are very fortunate to have Wesley to speak to our members. Wesley, one of the first Chinese Attorneys in Pittsburgh, is a tax attorney and certified public accountant who has over 30 years of broad experience in many areas of the tax law, including estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international taxation, tax-exempt and governmental organizations and financing. He specializes in the areas of income tax and estate planning for individuals and owners of closely held businesses.
