2023年1月15日，CASTP和卡耐基艺术博物馆在著名的卡耐基音乐厅共同举办了第26届CASTP农历新年嘉年华和晚会。 活动分为两部分： （1）两个小时的嘉年华（下午1:00-3:00），包括中国传统乐器、中国书法和考古、摄影、抽象画作、机器人表演、VR游戏等各种展览； （2）三个小时的新年晚会（下午3:00-6:00），包括由国际知名艺术家以及大匹兹堡地区表演者呈现的体现多元文化和族裔融合的精彩演出。 这次庆祝活动都取得了空前成功! 嘉年华和春晚合办，使这次活动成为目前为止大匹兹堡地区以文化多样性、科技发展和艺术创新为主题的规模最大的庆祝活动之一。活动吸引了2000多人线上注册，并有超过1300人参加了1月15日的线下活动，包括华裔、非裔、菲律宾裔、韩裔、马来西亚裔、乌克兰裔等来自各个族裔的人群。 这次活动还让CASTP创造了两个新的历史记录：历史最高注册人数和历史最高志愿者人数。特别值得强调的是，这次嘉年华和春晚是在马丁-路德-金博士的生日庆典前一天举行的。由于本次活动的主要目的是协助大匹兹堡地区建立一个强大的多民族和多元文化的社区，所以活
